Client’s purchase of any materials from Pawsome Behavior are for personal home use only, unless otherwise specified. Forms, videos, behavior plans, or any other materials offered for free or sold by Pawsome Behavior shall not be altered, copied, shown in public, theatrically, commercially or for profit. The material may not be uploaded in any manner onto web servers, web hosts, or video-hosting websites. The material will not be rented, loaned, leased, or sub-leased to others.

Payment

For all training packages, payment is due in full on or before delivery of the purchased package.

 

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Should clients be unsatisfied with their product they may email pawsomebehavior@gmail.com for additional information. 

 

Liability Waiver

Pawsome Behavior and its family, acquaintances, or any other person acting on its behalf (herein referred to as “It’s Agents”), makes no guarantees of performance on the part of Client or animal as a result of providing behavior consultation and/or training. Clients agree that Pawsome Behavior and It’s Agents will not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from failure of the animal to respond to any commands or cues taught to the animal based on information and advice supplied to owner of dog by Pawsome Behavior or its Agents. Clients acknowledge that basic obedience training and training based on behavior consultations may be an activity in which damage or injury to dog(s)animals and/or persons may occur. Clients will adhere to any and all safety instructions and recommendations given to them by Pawsome Behavior or its Agents. Clients will assume full financial and moral responsibility for the actions of his/her dog(s). Clients agree that their heirs, assignees and legal representatives will not make claim against, sue, or attach the property of Pawsome Behavior or Its Agents for injury or damage done to or by dog(s) resulting from action or negligence, however caused, by Pawsome Behavior or Its Agents. Clients forever release Pawsome Behavior and Its Agents from any and all liability and demands which Clients, their heirs, assignees and legal representatives may have or may hereafter have for injury or damage to or by animals or dog(s), and assume all risks thereof. 

 

Amendments

Pawsome Behavior reserves the right to make change to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions on a periodic basis for modifications.
